есть у нас такая вот позиция для удаленного специалиста
загрузку не знаю, зп от 1000 eur а там как сторгуется.
если знаете нужного человека, кто мог бы это делать, шепните плиз тут или в приват.

если интересно, первый год удаленно, потом компания умеет помогать с переездом.
все зависит от результатов.

описание позиции:

SEO Specialist & HTML Coder


Responsibilities:
  • Manage Google Analytics (Tag Manager) account
  • Website audit (technical SEO-audit, content audit, configuration of web-analytics systems, integration with the search engines and social networks). Competitive analysis.
  • Website optimization (website architecture, link building strategy, on-page optimization, expanding of CRO, etc.)
  • Participation in the development of PPC strategies, ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization for PPC campaigns
  • Monitoring of the website, prevent technical errors that affect the results of search engine optimization.
  • Website promotion in search engines (constant monitoring of new trends, content adaptation)
  • Web- analytics and conversion analysis (traffic sources, identifying behavioral factors). Reports on SEO optimization
  • Manage current website, create new web pages from PSD designs
  • Code HTML/CSS for both emails and landing pages

Requirements:
  • Proven SEO experience - at least 2 years (successful case studies in portfolio)
  • Solid knowledge of algorithms for the major search engines, in-depth experience with Google Analytics tools, Google Webmaster, Google Keyword Planner
  • Basic knowledge of working with PPC campaigns (Google Adwords, Yandex Direct) and fundamentals of website promotion on social networks (SEO - copywriting)
  • Russian native speaker. English (at least B1)
  • HTML, CSS (+ responsive website layouts)
  • WordPress
  • Ability to work and cooperate with other members of the Marketing department (web designer, social media manager and marketing managers)

Да, сеошники нынче пошли такие, они и на вордпресе сайт могут налобать без проблем.

@akd Я так понимаю что английский обязательное условие? И почему бы на аутсорс не отдать в крупную сео компанию, у них качество и возможности на порядок отличаются.

@AmdY, английский там С1, это уровень лондон из зе кепитал оф грейт британ. но шота надо да.
я так понимаю, что хотят иметь под рукой все время человека, который реагирует обычно быстрее компании любой величины.

C1 это 6.5-7 по IELTS, это не совсем лондон из зэ кэпитал =)

ну я понизил до Б1, после вопроса в маркетинг зачем нам, но вакансию надо прочитать энивей :)
