Position: Chief of technical support unit with PHP development skills
Location: BANK ICBC, Moscow.
Contract: permanent.
100 000 - 150 000 RUR netto per month (depends on your skills)

Responsibilities:
- Software and hardware technical support.
- New software and hardware implementation.
- Database application development and support.
- Web application development and support.
- Software development for IT systems data integration.
- BSS Bank client technical support.
Requirements:
At least 5 years as IT lead specialist or deputy head of IT in bank.
Must have good knowledge of banking business processes in IT and related software support for:
- ARM KBR,
- UTA,
- Scad Signatura,
- Verba-OW,
- Validata,
- CryptoPRO,
- SignalCOM,
- Validata
- ASVKB,
- Kliko,
- Balance2W,
- 1C,
- BSS Bank client system (x64 as advantage),
- Contour Extern,
- Comita,
- MOEX trader's and back-office software,
- Reuter DTS, Trade feed adapter, FX Trade (as advantage),
- QUICK terminal and server (as advantage),
Must be familiar with encryption keys life cycle, corresponding procedures, related software support.
Must be familiar with with IT processes:
- official exchange of electronic documents between the bank and external regulators and services with e-signature and encryption (obligatory CBR reports, CBR provisions 311P, 440P, 207P, 364P, 407P, etc., CBR payments, CBR mail)
- SMEV (GIS GMP and GIS DZKH) government system connection and data exchange (EGC connector as advantage).
Skills:
- Good programming skills in PHP (a must). C, C++ language, Delphi as advantage.
- Web applications development as advantage (WAMP, LAMP).
- Good database knowledge (MSSQL, MySQL), database development (SQL, T-SQL),
ORACLE and PL-SQL as advantage.
- Good knowledge of IP networks and network equipment (administrator level as advantage), VoIP.
- Good knowledge of VMWare and Hyper-V platforms (administrator level as advantage)
- Good knowledge of server's operating systems (Windows 2008 R2, 2012), Linux as advantage.
Required English language level:
- Pre-intermediate. Be able to understand oral speech and discuss specified IT topic, read and write.
