Проблема с установкой XAMPP

Изначально после первой установки все прекрасно работало. Потом обьявился вирус, несколько раз перегрузил систему, после чего нашел его антивирусом и удалил. Но потом к несчастью веб-сервер перестал работать. Полностью переустановил его. То же самое.
Apache иногда запускается, иногда не запускается. http://localhost не открывается.

Cпасибо. Проблема разрешилась путем блокировки модуля Internet Monitor в Nod 32

разрешить проблему правильно не отключением Internet Monitor в Nod 32, а настройкой оного
