Права доступа.

Пользуюсь хостингом от goldhost.ru (если это имеет значение)
В одном скрипте у меня идёт mkdir (dir);
Скрипт выдаёт ошибку

chdir(): Permission denied (errno 13)

Как поставить эти права доступа?

как изменить uid? что вообще нужно делать, дабы создать посредством mkdir папку?

как переназначать права?
