Добавить header в soap-ответ сервера

Пробую создать web-службу.
Программа сервера (server.php)

В ответе необходим раздел Header. Как его добавить?
Пробовал использовать команду addSOAPHeader ничего не получается.
Либо ничего не меняется, либо выдается ошибка «Call to a member function addSOAPHeader() on a non-object».

Подскажите, пожалуйста.
