1. Log into your account at https://www.paypal.com by entering your email
address and password in the Member Login box.
2. Click the "Help" link in the upper right hand corner of the page.
3. Once you get to the Help Center, if you are still unable to find an
answer to your question, please click on the "Contact Us" link.
4. Click the "Contact Customer Service" link provided.
5. Under the "Choose a Topic" section, please choose the topic for your
inquiry.
6. To ensure a quick response, please select a subtopic listed under the
"Choose a Subtopic" section, and click "Continue".
7. Review the questions at the bottom, and if they do not apply to your
problem, then click "Continue".
8. On the next page, enter a two or three word response in the "Subject"
box. In the "Message" section please enter your question, and click the
"Continue" button.
You have now submitted your question through a secure web page. A Customer Support Analyst will respond to your inquiry shortly.
