Проблема при передаче русских символов методом GET

Имеется: PHP Version 5.1.2, Apache 2.0.55, Win 2003 Server
Проблема: при передаче с помощью метода GET русских символов выдает "Error Code: 500 Internal Server Error. ......" Метод POST при этом работает нормально.

а русские символы по стандарту и не должны передаваться
urlencode()

логи смотреть не наддо.
смотреть надо только один лог - error_log

Я подозреваю, что проблема с настройками апача

Проблема решилась. Проблема была не в PHP и не в Apache, а в ISA сервере, точнее в настройках HTTP фильтра.
