Bugs Fixes - Windows:
Occasional message indicating "port in use" when Studio was launched.
Renaming a file in the FileSystem window or in the Project window to an empty string caused the file to be removed.
XP: When a file was opened in Studio it was locked for all other programs.
Bugs Fixes - FTP:
Changing the port in the dialog didn't change the port in the connection.
Internal error dialog appeared when adding or changing properties of an FTP server when the FileSystem window was floating.
